What connects King Charles, broad beans and quiche?

On Saturday 6th May King Charles III will be crowned at Westminster Abbey in London. A dish is traditionally associated with a coronation. For Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953, a dish called Coronation Chicken was invented. King Charles has chosen a broad bean, spinach and tarragon quiche as his coronation dish.
