Welcome to France!
You know that when you live, work and pay social security contributions in France, this entitles you to a number of benefits, including the CPF or the training funds made available to you by the OPCOs.
So far, no problem.
You can use your CPF to take a French course with us for example.
You must first register on your www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr (CPF account).
And this is when the questions and difficulties start: to fight against fraud, the CDS (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) which manages your CPF platform has put in place extremely complex systems to digitally verify your identity.
And these security measures can quickly discourage you. If you are not of French nationality, you will have to fill in the form in the attachment and send it by post with copies of identity and social security documents to the following address:
MCF
Service de demande de vérification d’identité
Libre Réponse 78788
59889 LILLE CEDEX 9
Once your digital identity has been confirmed, you will then be able to use the funds in your CPF for training.
That’s it!
Good luck!
